Roy came to Camelot as the Broker Designate of another real estate firm. Initially operating in commercial and residential real estate, he was involved in condominium conversions and sub-division development for a regional bank. Participation in the creation of a regional shopping center added to his experience.
Roy came out of the photographic industry to become a broker 20 years ago. He holds an SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designation; a program to empower seniors by introducing them to the economic and organizational venues available to help them accomplish life choices. Roy is a member of Weston Kiwanis, which is prominent in community involvement. He currently is vice president of community service and “Imperial Woodsman” – a tongue-in-cheek title for heading the wood splitting and delivery portion of the “Warm Up Fund”. Pleasures include maintaining a vintage home, sailing and motorcycling.
“I came back to Weston 12 years ago, where my parents started married life” states Marsh. “The quality of Weston’s small town, yet sophisticated environment has drawn its residents together. We are all here by choice. As a native of Fairfield County, I am qualified to be the “go to” person for my clients.”
